SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR

Friday September 27 thru Thursday October 3, 2024

Our Scholastic Book Fair is happening this Friday September 27 through Thursday October 3 in the Brighton Gym!

The fair is open to all students and families from 8AM - 4:30PM each school day.

The book fair is an annual event that helps get more books into the classroom while helping foster a love of reading in our children.

Save time and set up an eWallet for your child HERE. This will allow your child to shop during school hours as each class visits the book fair. Other accepted forms of payment include: cash, credit card, and check (payable to Brighton School).

We are still looking for parent volunteers, especially for set up and clean up. Please consider signing up HERE. We truly appreciate any time you can spare.

Double check with your child’s teacher.

Check with your child’s teacher as some are not having them purchase during their visits. If they are, they can use their eWallet or cash.

There are forms available for kids to make wish lists during their classroom visit times that they can bring home to you.

We have parent volunteers available to look up amounts available and help kids determine how much they can spend. The suggested amount is around $25. Please remind your child that there will be tax on all purchases.

The remainder will be emailed to you as a gift certificate to spend either at this book fair or anytime on the scholastic website.

Yes, we continue to get restocks during the Fair.

There are bins set up at the book fair that have teacher names on them. Teachers are placing books they would like for their classroom in them. You can take it out of the bin to purchase and put a note stating it was donated by your family. Some teachers also set up eWallets where you can donate so please check with your individual teacher on how to contribute.

Yes! We get 50% of what we spend (minus taxes) credited to school. All teachers have the opportunity to refresh their classrooms in January using the Scholastic money we earn.
